The Alumni Fund powers six things. Each is small on its own. Together they make CMM what it is.
What we do
Everything the society and the Alumni Fund put their weight behind — across education, clinical training, wellbeing, community, events, and humanitarian causes.
Educational activities
Revision programmes, teaching sessions, clinical skills workshops, and ISCE preparation — free to all CMM members.
Clinical skills equipment
Training materials for practical exam preparation — clinical skills resources for ISCE readiness.
Religious and wellbeing provisions
Prayer room facilities and initiatives supporting the spiritual and emotional wellbeing of members.
Community outreach
Health checks, BLS training, and educational engagement with local schools, mosques, and community groups.
Events and programmes
Conferences, charity dinners, social gatherings, and humanitarian or healthcare-focused initiatives.
Humanitarian causes
Annual fundraising for causes such as our graduation well through OneUmmah and orphan sponsorship — channelling our community’s generosity beyond Cardiff.
